The safety assessment is a great start towards eliminating or minimizing unsafe conditions around the home. Safety hazards must be corrected and remain corrected to be effective in minimizing or eliminating a fall or other unsafe conditions. I offer periodic home safety assessments on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis to assist in maintaining a safe home environment.  Follow-up assessments are available, Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual. Pricing Notes


  1. SFH = Single Family Home
  2. When a property has more that one SFH, pricing is based on the larger Sq. Ft. home plus a 15% discount for the analysis of additional single family home(s) at the same physical location (i.e., main home plus guest house(s).
  3. Semi-annual, Quarterly and Monthly assessments available. They focuses on unsafe conditions previously discovered/resolved and a review of all areas for any new hazards. These periodic reviews are available once an Annual assessment is completed and arranged for within the chosen period, i.e., monthly would be choosed within 30 days of the annual assessment.
  4. Future annual inspections are available with a 15% discount if a subsequent Annual assessment is completed and paid for with in 13 months. Discounts are not applicable to Semi-Annual, Quarterly or Monthly assessments.
  5. Outbuildings are defined as a structure other than a detached garage, i.e., a workshop or artist studio or other non-residential buildings are examples of outbuildings.  If the Outbuilding is used as a residence then the structure is a SFH, see #2 above for pricing information. 
  6. Square Footage = Square Foot is based on livable square footage data from your county records. Garage areas and outbuildings may or may not be included in the county square footage data. If there is a sq. ft. question, we will find an equitable answer and base pricing on a reasonable square footage area.
